Rheumatology Early Access is an early-stage research initiative operated under the Rheum Capacity name. We do not currently provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and Rheum Capacity is not an active medical practice or healthcare provider.

• Whether you are currently trying to see a rheumatologist
• How long you have been waiting for rheumatology care
• Whether you would consider seeing a rheumatologist virtually

We intentionally do not collect date of birth, detailed diagnoses, medications, medical records, insurance member IDs, detailed symptom descriptions, or Social Security numbers through this early-access form.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to understand patient demand for future virtual rheumatology services and to communicate updates about our development and potential early-access opportunities. We do not sell your information. We do not send form responses or health-related answers to advertising platforms.

4. How we share your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to operate and secure our services (for example, hosting providers) or as required by law.

5. Analytics

We keep analytics minimal and do not include unnecessary third-party scripts. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels that collect health-related information.

Joining the early-access list does not establish a doctor-patient relationship or provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This service is not currently available, and joining does not guarantee access to care.
